Responsibilities & Context

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve and exceed targets.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities, making adjustments as needed.
