We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive to join our company.
As a Executive-(Sales & Marketing),you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Build relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, digital content, direct visit to clients.
- Effectively list and market secondary properties, showcasing their unique features and advantages to potential buyers.
- Plan and execute events to showcase our projects
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights an recommendations for improvement.
- Daily door to door market visit & make short list of potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales target regularly.
