Candidates with experience in the Knit Garments industry will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context
Analyze monthly RMG demand (Fabrication & Process wise) to identify the outsource requirements and communicate with the relevant department.
Prepare monthly knitting & dyeing plan & capacity forecasting.
Prepare monthly & weekly machine wise capacity plan for knitting & dyeing.
Fabrication wise capacity forecasting for inside & outside.
Monitor plan Vs actual production and communicate with relevant department for deviation.
Ensure plan wise production.
Check & validate knitting, batch, dyeing & dyeing finishing plan.
Validate monthly batch plan.
Ensure TNA wise fabric delivery.
Ensure dyeing machine capacity utilization at least 90%.
Attend all kind of meeting with cross functional department.
Conduct training program to develop the team members.
Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the HOD/ the Top Management.
