- Proficient in planning software, ERP, Computing and MS office. Broad knowledge of the technical processes and products involved in dyeing.
- Candidates with experience in the Knit Garments industry will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare monthly batch plan as per TNA.
- Prepare weekly & monthly dyeing machine loading plan as per TNA.
- Prepare three (03) days dyeing machine loading freeze plan as per TNA.
- Prepare weekly plan hit rate report.
- In case of TNA fail discuss with RMG planners for revised TNA date.
- Revised daily dyeing plan if needed.
- Ensure dyeing machine capacity utilization at least 90%.
- Attend all kind of meeting with cross functional department.
- Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the HOD/ the Top Management.
