Responsibilities & Context
·Minimum 2-3 years practical experience in any reputed real estate & construction project / Firm / Organization.·
Knowledge using construction equipment and safety rules.·
Strong drawing understanding skills.·
Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skill.·
Capable to work under pressure and willing to work in any situation.·
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, etc.·
Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design as well as management decisions.·
Supervise and monitor regular activities of construction site, estimation of budget, prepare and verify bill, report regular progress of work to superior.·
Estimate materials as per requirement.·
Archiving and maintaining site documents.·
Checking of work volume and bills submitted by different contractors.·
Follow-up all civil works and safety issues.·
Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.·
Check site materials quality and volume.
Controlling wastage of materials during execution of work.·
Project construction schedule, supervision and activity management.·
Bill checking as per completed work ad per given design & quality.
Any other activities as and when required by the management
