Responsibilities & Context
We’re looking for an individual to join our team and assist in various aspects of our Quality Management department of Air Conditioner and Compressor. This position gives a excellent opportunity to learn from experts, develop individual skills, and contribute to the success of the organization.
- Deal with the quality concern independently for all quality control activities including Quality Assurance, Audit, In-process quality, In line quality, TQM, QMS, Root cause analysis, 7QC tools, Six Sigma, Preventive & Corrective action to make the system more effective.
- Analyzing product and parts failure and coordinating with relevant concern for improvement.
- To do New Product Evaluation and work with R&I team to solve the non-conformities.
- Develop Quality Strategy Plan for improvement to achieve the target.
- Implement & Maintain effective quality control & management system to ensure process and product’s quality.
- Organize and prepare necessary report for assisting in departmental decision making.
- Any other task given from Management.
