Strong verbal and written communication skills required and should have sound administrative command over sales & marketing function.

Experience with B2B sales in the industry level will be preferred.
Experience in corporate sales sector at least 5 (five) years including highly prefer of 5+ years of proven sales experience, especially in of electrical sub-station marketing.
Must be capable to communicating with the customer on marketing matters at all the levels.
Knowledge of industrial bidding documents and experience with industrial sub-station, solar/others projects.

To handle order inquiries, quotations, and manage the entire order process from initial request to delivery and prepare sales contracts, proposals, and other necessary documents
To maintain and update customer databases, manage communications, and provide customer service. Track and follow up on leads, quotes, and orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment.
To act as a liaison between the sales team, design team, Auto Cad operator, production, distribution, QC, logistics, and finance departments to ensure all parties are aligned.
To coordinate schedules for the sales team, client meetings, and product deliveries.To conduct market research to identify new opportunities and provide insights for the sales team.
To ensure that invoices are issued correctly and payments are collected in a timely manner.
To generate and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and support strategic planning.
To organize and prepare materials for sales meetings, including presentations and reports.
Any other relevant task assigned by management.
