Experience

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Trading or Export/Import, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Punctuality & Ability to work under pressure.
  • Speaking & writing draft independently both in English & Bengali.
  • Must be good in speaking English to call foreign countries and introduce products and get their contact details.
  • Must have professional computer operating knowledge such as Internet Browsing (searching importers contact details in foreign countries) with high speed, accessing & sending emails with high speed, working in MS Word & Ms Excel, Ms Power Point with high speed. Photoshop editing.

Responsibilities & Context

  • To prepare, check & submit all kinds of Export Documentations(commercial), Application to bank and submitting export documents to bank.
  • Collecting C&F documents.
  • Collecting Cash incentives for export.
  • To visit corporate client and give them good information/presentation about the company.
  • Marketing the company internationally for export sales.
  • Prepare Monthly Export Statement, Accounts Statement, liaison with banking formalities,
  • Maintain liaison with export related trade bodies, Shipping lines/freight forwarders and C & F agent selection with best competitive rate.
  • Office maintenance, Monthly VAT submission, Transportation, Documentation, Factory visit and others.
  • Work closely with QC to ensure the best quality and good packaging.
  • Work with Product Development to ensure new products, quality, Packaging, cartooning.
  • Work closely with stuffing assistant to ensure the right stuffing as per company.
  • Liaison With Ministry of Commerce & Industries, Ministry of Agricultural khamar bari, Export Promotion Bureau, Tariff Commerce, Banks, etc.
  • License renewal, applications, documentation & dealing with related organisations.
  • Taking care of ACCOUNTS on the side.
  • Capacity to work independently.
  • Perform other such duties and responsibilities that will be assigned by the management.
