Additional Requirements

Must be ready to do give emergency support 24/7 when required by supervisor/management.

Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliance.
Record and maintain hardware and software inventories, and user access and security.
Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
Maintaining IP/PABX Solution with support whenever required.
Performs daily network administration, attendance tasks such as creating user ids, maintaining groups, enabling printer sharing, managing security and backups.
Determine plan layout for new hardware or modifications to existing layout.
Basic Knowledge in Software and Multimedia & IT support for any kind of function.
Must have excellent level of knowledge and experience with Apple, MAC devices.
Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
Create and update personal work planning and style to motivate own self for smooth, effective and timely fulfillment of job responsibilities to achieve company’s goals properly.
Provide computer orientation to new company staff.
Any other task assigned by management.
