Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in content creation, social media management, SEO, and website management.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools for graphic design, video editing, and animation.

SEO Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of SEO principles and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

Web Management:

  • Hands-on experience with WordPress WooCommerce, including site management, content updates, and basic troubleshooting.

Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze campaign data, generate insights, and make informed decisions to optimize marketing strategies.

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.

Creativity:

  • A strong sense of aesthetics and creativity, with the ability to translate brand vision into visually compelling content.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to spearhead our online marketing efforts. This role is critical to our growth strategy as we expand our digital footprint and enhance our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative flair and technical acumen, enabling them to produce high-quality visual content, optimize our digital platforms, and drive impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

  • Design and produce compelling graphic content that aligns with IHW’s brand identity, including banners, social media posts, infographics, and email templates.
  • Create and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, showcasing products, tutorials, promotional campaigns, and customer testimonials.
  • Develop engaging animation content that brings our brand story to life and enhances our visual communication across digital channels.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic posting schedule across all platforms.

Social Media Management:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of IHW’s social media presence, crafting engaging posts that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to optimize content for maximum reach and impact.
  • Interact with followers, respond to inquiries and comments, and foster a positive online community around the IHW brand.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and follower growth.

SEO & Website Management:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs in alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Manage the IHW website using WordPress WooCommerce, ensuring that all content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
  • Coordinate with web developers and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and implement new features or improvements.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign ideas that align with broader marketing goals and brand messaging.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep IHW at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Present campaign ideas, progress reports, and performance analyses to stakeholders, providing clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
