Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct survey, analyze and compare new site rent.
- Site hunting for Shwapno outlet, as per business plan as and when required.
- Look for best suited site for Shwapno outlet as per company requirement.
- Minimize site rent through effective negotiation with the landlord.
- Ensure the feasibility of outlets profitability before selection of outlets by involving marketing, sales unit and Operations.
- Ensure proper documentation & necessary approval from the respective authority as per site selection SOP.
- Responsible for coordinating all assigned activities with respective interfaces and report accordingly to the Management.
- Coordinate with legal and land owner for any sorts of site issues and contract singing agreement.
- Ensure the utility connection (Electricity, Water, Etc.) for the Shwapno outlet as per requirement.
