Requirements

Education

• Honours/Master’s in any discipline from any reputed Institution.

Experience

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

• Age 38 to 40 years

• At least 10 years (s) as a PM in outerwear.
• Good Communication skills, good typing speed in Bangla and English
• Computer Skill: Microsoft Office Applications.
• Sound Knowledge of international buyers/customers’ requirements.

Responsibilities & Context

• Supervise and manage the entire production process, from raw material input to finished product output.
• Ensure that production schedules are met and that products are manufactured within the defined quality standards.
• Monitor and optimize production efficiency, focusing on reducing waste and improving productivity.
• Lead, train, and mentor production supervisors and line managers to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce.
• Collaborate with the quality control department to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
• Act as a key liaison between the production department and other departments such as quality control, maintenance, HR, and procurement.
