- Familiarity with tools relevant for each stores highly desirable: Helium10, Keepa, JungleScout etc.
Responsibilities & Context
Experienced E Commerce Manager (Amazon Seller Central / Walmart Seller Center). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in these areas, particularly within e-commerce environments.
Ideal Candidate should be able to perform following task in an expert level (A-Z) Management of all 3 Stores involving the following:
- Market Research
- Competitors Analysis
- Product Research (BOTH AMAZON (FBA/ FBA Private Labeling /FBM) & WALMART (WFS/ Private Labeling/ FBM, even for Dropshipping and Online Arbitrage)
- Product Sourcing
- Product Description
- Product Listing Optimization
- Inventory Management
- Order Processing
- Order Fulfillment
- Customer Service – Handle customer service inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Sourcing & Managing Shipping Labels
- Collaborate on strategy development based on research findings
