Responsibilities & Context
- Lead the corporate sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Set up meetings with potential clients and assess opportunities for sales.
- Responsible for the corporate visit and ensuring corporate sales.
- Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales.
- Responsible for managing the sales process.
- Make & expand the relationship with existing & new prospective clients and follow up regularly.
- Self-motivated, result driven and has a passion for winning.
- Convince the corporate customers and close the deal professionally, maintaining relationships with new & existing customers through telephone, email, and regular review visits.
- Good communication skills in both English & Bangla.
- Good negotiation capability.
- Any other task assigned by management as and when required.
