Responsibilities & Context

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential and existing customers
- Demonstrate excellent sales and persuasive skills to promote and sell our products.
- Explain our products clearly to the customer and answer any questions
- Follow up with the customer after the sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Record and update customer information and sales data in the CRM system.
