Requirements

Education

  • BBA/ MBA in Human Resources Management / Finance / Accounts
  • Diploma in PGDHRM is highly desirable

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    NGO, Development Agency

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 42 years
  • Organizing special functions and social events.
  • Assist to look after security personnel and their activities.
  • Assist to supervise the service staff.
  • Maintain health & safety issues.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
  • Should have two or more years of general administrative experience or a human resources background.
  • Hand on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, MS PowerPoint specifically)
  • Knowledge of HR systems and Labor Law
  • Excellent communication skill in written English
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must have strong personality to ensure smooth administration.Solid knowledge of office procedures.
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR & Administrative functions and duties.
  • Maintain office records, files and documents and update accordingly.
  • Assist to arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & procedure.
  • Conduct joining of new employee and initial orientation for newly hired employees.
  • Maintain automated and manual attendance and leave records of employees.
  • Maintain the employee’s Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
  • Prepare payroll statement, salary sheet providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, new joining, separation of employee etc.)
  • Prepare job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Drafting HR related letters i.e. Appointment letter, NOC, re-designation letter, salary certificate, increment letter etc and conducting exit interview analysis.
  • Assist in building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, etc.) and updating (cleaning, painting, etc.).
  • Prepare reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures.
