Responsibilities & Context

Overview: Training Resource Developers at Axis Meta play a crucial role in creating and managing educational materials and resources used in training programs across various trades. This position requires a combination of instructional design skills, subject matter expertise, and strong organizational abilities.

Trade: ICT, Agriculture, Light Engineering, Jute, Construction and Tailoring and Dressmaking

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs and objectives based on employee performance data, industry trends, and organizational goals at Axis Meta.
• Develop comprehensive training curricula, including course outlines, learning objectives, and assessment strategies for Axis Meta’s training programs.
• Create a variety of training materials, such as instructional manuals, presentations, videos, simulations, and online courses, tailored to Axis Meta’s specific needs.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging content that effectively conveys information and facilitates learning for Axis Meta employees.
• Incorporate multimedia elements (e.g., images, audio, video) to enhance learning experiences and make training more engaging at Axis Meta.
• Apply instructional design principles to create effective and learner-centered training materials for Axis Meta.
• Review and edit training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to Axis Meta’s organizational standards.
• Organize and manage training resources, including physical materials, digital content, and learning platforms, for Axis Meta.
• Develop and administer assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement at Axis Meta.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders at Axis Meta to ensure that training materials meet their needs.
• Able to Format the documents in highest level
