Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a Creative Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling, with the ability to create compelling graphics and motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and production teams to deliver high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and enhances our audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design:
Develop and design high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative assets that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
Create visually appealing layouts, typography, and color schemes to effectively communicate the desired message.
2. Motion Graphics Design:
Design and produce engaging motion graphics for video projects, including animations, explainer videos, intros/outros, and promotional content.
Work on video editing and post-production tasks, integrating motion graphics into live-action footage.
Experiment with different styles and techniques to create innovative and captivating motion graphics.
Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design and apply them creatively to projects.
3. Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with content creators, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on design objectives and feedback.
4. Software Proficiency:
Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to create and edit graphic and motion content.
Keep up-to-date with new tools and technologies that can enhance design efficiency and creativity.
5. Quality Assurance:
Review and ensure that all visual content is pixel-perfect and meets the highest standards of quality.
Conduct thorough quality checks on all graphic and motion graphic deliverables before final submission.
Adapt designs based on feedback and make necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome
