Responsibilities & Context
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
- Understanding LAN / WAN equipment’s like Router, Switch, AP and Server for proper Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
- Identifying and monitoring recurring requirements for all computer/laptop users, and formulating and implementing desired solutions for them accordingly.
- printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, etc. maintenance and Troubleshooting.
- Maintenance of Online/Offline UPS.
- Able to communicate with each user in a professional manner.
- FortiGate and Mikrotik knowledge is PLUS.
