As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional IELTS training, we seek a talented and experienced professional to lead our team of IELTS trainers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our IELTS training program, guiding our trainers, and ensuring that our students achieve their best possible results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of IELTS trainers, providing guidance and support to enhance their teaching effectiveness.
- Develop and implement comprehensive IELTS training programs and materials.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of IELTS trainers, providing constructive feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam formats and changes to ensure training relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the management team to set goals, strategies, and standards for the IELTS program.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for both trainers and students as needed.
