Requirements

Education

  • Graduation/ post-graduation from any reputed public/ private university and college in any discipline; having no third class/division in academic record.
  • Management and Economics graduates would be preferred

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Banks, Insurance, Leasing, Investment/Merchant Banking

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 23 years
  • Minimum 02 years’ experience in Bank/NBFI, with at least 01 year experience in Sales

Responsibilities & Context

  • Extensive field visit within designated geography to identify potential clients and build a strong customer base.
  • Explain and promote our financial products and services to the market.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationship with clients.
  • Achieve business target and contribute to the growth of the department.
  • Ensure all operational procedures of the company related to credit approval, loan documentation, disbursement, collection and other services to the client.
  • Ensure any other ad-hoc (non-regular) responsibilities given by your line manager time to time.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
