Responsibilities & Context
Job Description:
- Develop and implement the overall operational strategy in alignment with the company’s goals
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide strong leadership to the operational teams
- Overview and implement financial budgets, and forecasts
- Oversee the supply chain functions
- Oversee the Production functions, ensuring timely and cost-effective production
- Establish and maintain quality control standards
- Implement technology solutions to enhance operational processes
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity
