Responsibilities & Context
“M A Gafur Memorial Academy” (MAGMA) is looking for a dynamic professional for the position of “Senior Assistant Teacher – English” for their IT-enabled institution. “M A Gafur Memorial Academy” is run by United Trust (http://unitedtrust.org.bd/) -a social welfare wing of United Group with technical assistance from bdeducation (www.bdeducation.org.bd). This institution is located at Beltia, Jamalpur Sadar with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities. This is a modern English Version School beginning with the Primary Section following the NCTB curriculum with fully digitalized content.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare lesson plans, and digital content and conduct classes in English fluently.
- Devotes a minimum of 7 or 8 hours a day to the school (weekly 5 days).
- Prepare question papers and examine answer scripts.
- Teach students during preparatory classes in the evening.
- Conduct Co-curricular events of the school.
- Arrange seminars, symposiums, etc. on professional subjects and beyond.
- Conduct classes from pre-primary to class V.
- Write progress reports of students.
- Accept any other duty assigned by the authority.
