Responsibilities & Context
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily salon operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are maintained and orders are placed as needed.
- Ensure standard quality of service.
- Implement and uphold salon policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
HR Management/Staff Supervision and Development:
- Take care about the branch salaries and pay-roll.
- Recruit, train, and manage salon staff including stylists, receptionists, and support personnel.
- Implement company policies & procedures strictly.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests to ensure optimal coverage.
Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met by all staff members.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Foster a welcoming and positive environment for clients.
Sales and Marketing:
- Drive sales and achieve financial targets by promoting services, products, and special offers.
- Implement local marketing strategies and engage in community outreach to attract new clients.
- Manage retail product inventory and recommend new products to meet client needs.
Financial Management:
- Put all effort to meet the financial revenue targets for the branch.
- Oversee branch financials, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue tracking.Process transactions accurately and manage cash flow.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure the salon adheres to health and safety regulations, including sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Maintain licenses and certifications as required by local regulations.
- Conduct regular staff training on safety and operational protocols.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of Vehicles sales, and inventory.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required for management or regulatory purposes.
- Lead admin & logistic team and other stakeholders.
- Manage salon appointments, walk-ins, and client database effectively.
