Requirements
Education
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering preferably from a Public University.
- Requirements – 2 to 4 year(s) working experience in a GMP compliant pharmaceuticals production facilities.
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 32 years
- Proven experience in related field from a Pharmaceutical Industry
- Well conversant in MS-Office specially in Auto-CAD
- Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English
- Strong interpersonal and professional skill is essential for the position
- Willing to stay at factory site
Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct Schedule and breakdown maintenance of process machinery/ equipment.
- Ensure smoothly operation of machines/equipment and ensure maximum utilization in production units.
- Participate in installation, commissioning & validation of machines/equipment.
- Ensure proper inventory of spare parts and consumable items of process machines/equipment.
- Maintain engineering history file, engineering drawings and other validation documents.
- Prepare and review engineering SOP, DQ, IQ, OQ document, and conduct training for subordinate.
- Supervise & guide the junior colleagues.
- Design new control systems/process lines to facilitate new process requirement and validate.
- Assist in maintenance and project related tasks of other units as required.
- Monitor and supervise projects, if any, assigned by the supervisor.
