Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and driven Electrical Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our engineering team at Nasir Quality Glass Industries Ltd., Natiapara (Dubail), Delduar, Tangail.
Responsibilities:
- Your focus will be on designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems, including power distribution and automation critical to glass manufacturing.
- You’ll collaborate with other engineers to ensure seamless operations and drive efficiency improvements.
- This role will focus on ensuring the reliability of electrical systems, supporting production processes and contributing to the efficiency and safety of our manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues in production machinery to minimize downtime and ensure consistent operation.
- Collaborate with mechanical and process engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and integrate electrical systems effectively.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Development and execution of maintenance programs for electrical systems, including motors, drives, PLCs, and sensors.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, such as wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Monitor and analyze electrical system performance, recommending and implementing upgrades or improvements as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, industry standards, and safety regulations in all engineering activities.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source electrical components that meet technical specifications and quality standards.
