Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion, etc.
Good knowledge of BNBC Code.
Excellent Team Building capability managing and motivating large teams.
Strong creative and visualization skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

We are looking for dynamic and responsible “Architect” in Civil Department for our Textile Factory situated at Sreepur, Gazipur. It’s a sister concern of Paramount Group.

Job Responsibilities

Develop concept and draft design & drawing as required.

Assist in preparing detailed working design & specifications from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
Prepare BOQ & Specification as per the design and drawing. Assist Senior Engineers as required.
Visit site and take measurements.
Supervise construction site.
Coordinate with other departments as required to complete the work as per design and schedule.
Ensure all works are carried out according to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
Coordinate design execution.
Ensure required civil safety and security measures.
Maintain budget and timeline.
Any other task assigned by Management.
