Responsibilities & Context
- Need to visit all kinds of corporate offices for sales Tours & Travel services.
- Daily visit to various Corporate Office like Pharmaceuticals, Embassy, Consular, Group of Companies, Banks, Consultancy Firms, Manufacturer House, Buying House, Textile & Garments, etc, and sales services to them.
- Meets with clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences.
- Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations, and refunds.
- Ability to dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Builds and maintains relationships with travel agencies and tour vendors globally.
- Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls, and meetings.
- Ability to build & maintain a strong Marketing team.
- Ability to meet monthly Targets.
- Coordinate with other business partners in the travel community to facilitate a positive experience for clients.
Skills & Expertise
Excellent English Writing and Speaking
Fluent in writing and spoken english
Great networking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
