Responsibilities & Context

Job context:

Tusuka is a 100% export oriented garments manufacturer. We are looking for interested candidate for the above mentioned position for those who have the initiative, highly committed, creative and self-motivated spirit to take on challenges independently to deliver high-quality results.

Job Descriptions:

Encouraging the formation of different committees like PC, Safety, Sexual harassment & prevention committee, grievance committee etc. and welfare committee of the workers and supervising their activities.

Observing different facilities including, canteen, waiting room, medical, childcare center, adequate number of toilets & drinking water etc.

Providing necessary help and advice to the workers and the Management Authority in order to implement the regulations of the organization.

Maintaining contact with the medical officers and the authority of the factory to provide better treatment facilities to the workers & staff.

Hearing the grievance of the workers.

Making connections & good relationship between the owner and the workers.

Grievance & Suggestion Box opening and maintaining for respective areas.

Counselling workers on Late, Absent, Grievance, PPE, Discipline & coordinate to initiate disciplinary action.

Prepare Maternity benefit calculation as per labor law and keep all maternity benefit related document.

Take special care of expected & new mothers at works properly.

Assist to conduct all kind of audit & visit.

Visit floor on regular basis, collect workers feedback and submit founded report to concern authority.

Ensuring daily awareness by PA system.

Provide all kind of training.

Orientation to the employees on all rules and regulations of the company.

Daily floor visit and submit compliance report to the Authority.
