Additional Requirements

At least 3-5 years of experience in training and development, HR, or a similar role, preferably in the RMG industry.
Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple training programs, assess needs, evaluate effectiveness, analyze data, and build strong relationships across all levels.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Identify skill gaps and training needs, and create an annual training schedule aligned with organizational goals.
Develop and assess training programs to ensure effectiveness, making improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate induction programs to equip new employees with the necessary skills.
Organize and lead workshops, while supporting individual development plans to enhance employee skills.
Work closely with department heads to ensure training initiatives align with company objectives and compliance requirements.
Accurate training records and promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
