Job Summary:
Exploration Global Healthcare Network And Consultancy Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team, focusing on the promotion and distribution of innovative medical devices. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and managing client relationships across Bangladesh and Malaysia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of globally reputed medical technologies in these markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals, for medical device sales.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends to inform product positioning and sales strategies.
• Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of the medical devices.
- Handle client inquiries and follow up on leads to close sales.
• Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns that promote medical devices in the Bangladesh and Malaysia markets.
- Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, digital content, and product videos, to effectively communicate product benefits.
- Plan and participate in healthcare trade shows, exhibitions, and medical conferences to showcase products and network with industry professionals.
• Product Knowledge and Training:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the medical devices offered, including technical specifications, clinical applications, and competitive advantages.
- Provide training to healthcare professionals and distributors on the proper use and maintenance of the devices.
- Stay up to date on new product developments and industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
• Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports on sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Work with the management team to develop sales forecasts and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
