- Experience: Previous sales experience in construction commodities sales.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and persuasive communication skills for closing sales and negotiating.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with clients and handle objections effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Skills in managing sales leads, tracking customer interactions, and maintaining follow-up.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems for tracking and managing client information.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address client needs, resolve issues, and adapt strategies to meet sales targets.
- Should be ready to join for immediate appointment.
- Must have 2-3 years experience of working with bulk shipment.
- Having experience of working with stones & clinkers will be added advantage.
- Must be knowing major construction & cement factories in Bangladesh.
- Must be confident to handle corporate clients.
- Must be able to work under pressure and target based goals.
