Responsibilities & Context

Steadfast Communications is a sister concern of “Steadfast International Services, LLC” We are looking for an “Executive Recruiter” Full-Time Job, 100% Remote Work, (Work from Home)

Educational Level: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any Reputed Organization. (Human resource Management Background candidate will get priority)

Compensation:

10,000-12,000/BDT Per Month

Office Hours: Monday-Friday (06:00 pm – 03:00 am / 7:00 pm – 4:00 am)

Weekend: Saturday & Sund

Compensation & Other Benefits

• 1st Month will be Internship Period (Unpaid) for evaluation of Performance. If performance is not satisfactory, Company will not offer you the full-time role & your services will be liable to be Terminated.
• Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays, Over time allowance
• Salary Review: Half Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
