Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist to explore and develop new business opportunities for Facility Management predominantly in local market.
  • Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirements of a customer.
  • Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services to influence purchase.
  • Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate services that meet their specifications.
  • Act as employee of containing company target to be achieved within the time frame.
  • Use all kind of business sales tools (e.g Digital marketing, SMS marketing, Email, one to one sale or so on) for meeting the sales target.
  • Assist to achieve Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting business monthly, quarterly, yearly on the basis of clients.
  • Strong follow-up of client’s requirements & feedback.
  • Continuous follow up with operations & accounts team for all kind of business execution and development.
  • Assist to prepare report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly of business activities.
  • Assist to analyze business competitors and market trend and take action accordingly to achieve target.
  • Visit to clients as per business requirements and schedule.
  • Continuous personal development related to new job context and challenges.
  • Assist Tender documentations and submit.
  • Update continuously on technology.
  • Any tasks need to perform as & when required basis.
