Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for competent personnel for the post of “Executive- HR (Corporate Office)” for Evince Group. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Mediate conflicts and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Assist in manpower budget & planning.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and ensure timely evaluations.
- Develop and implement performance management programs.
- Provide support to managers in addressing performance-related concerns.
- Update and communicate HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Maintain HRIS, records and documentation.
- Maintain daily attendance analysis report.
- Maintain attendance & leave Management.
- Manage payroll processes and resolve any payroll discrepancies
