We are hiring dynamic and punctual Executives/Sr. Executive to join our Admin team. Job Responsibilities:

Store Management and Record Keeping:

  • Oversee the company’s store operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping of inventory, purchases, and usage.

Office Administration:

  • Manage security protocols, including access control and surveillance systems.
  • Oversee utility services such as electricity, water, and waste management, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Handle administrative procurement, including processing purchase requests and managing vendor relationships.

Dining and Food Services:

  • Coordinate dining arrangements and food management for Head Office employees, including menu planning and catering services.

Employee Identification and Documentation:

  • Create and update ID cards, visiting cards, seals, and other necessary documentation for newly joined employees.

Coordination of Office Supplies and Local Purchases:

  • Manage office stationery inventory and procurement.
  • Arrange guest entertainment and coordinate local administrative purchases.

Staff Supervision:

  • Monitor the activities and attendance of office assistants and cleaners, ensuring their tasks are performed effectively.

Document Preparation:

  • Draft and prepare various office communications, including letters, memos, and notes.

License Management:

  • Oversee the acquisition and renewal of company licenses, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Additional Duties:

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department or Management, adapting to evolving needs and priorities.
