Analyzes blood cells by counting and identifying cells, using microscopic techniques and procedures. Assist histology and necropsy laboratories attending client’s needs by investigating and establishing new techniques and improving current ones.

Prepares blood, plasma, and platelets for transfusions by conducting blood group, type, and compatibility tests. Identify and interpret a range of chemistry reactions in slides and culture samples.
Interpret laboratory finding and diagnosis to patients. Supervise and manage pathology, microbiology(bacteria culture and sensitivity test) and biochemistry laboratory.
Maintains laboratory supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control and hazardous waste policies and protocols; following identification procedures.
Maintains records, logs, files, and physical inventory of samples, finished products, and raw materials
Check the quality of print production by conducting Print Durability test & also check all accessories quality by the conduct different test.
Maintains patient confidence and protects the hospital by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
A professional approach must be adopted with all patients, staff and visitors.
Responsible for providing medical service for out- in door patients.
Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
