# Starting Basic Salary- 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Taka).
# Over time work Facilities (Over time Salary is always higher than Basic salary).
# Monthly Performance Incentive up to 2,000 Taka.
# Attendance Bonus up to 1,000 Taka.
# Two Festival (Eid /Puja) 50% Bonus Every year.
# Up to 20 % Salary will be increased considering sincerity, responsibility, and expertness after 3 months of joining. Then Every Year will be increased.
