Engineering Firms, Real Estate

Must have minimum 10-12 years of practical experience in Excavation Constructions related work.
Project Management, Project costing, Material Management, Planning & Progress Monitoring, Sub-Contractor Dealing, Overall Supervision, Liaison and Preparing bills.
Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
Supervision of day to day operations of the site work as per design, drawing and specification maintaining quality control guideline.
Full time close supervision of construction work as per design, drawing and specification.
To prepare daily activity plan of construction in conjunction with other PM and contractor.
Day-to-day management of the sites including supervision and monitoring the site labor force.
Preparing report as required by the management & preparing BoQ.
Should have Government authority ((Army/BWDB/City Corporation) bill preparation capability.
Submit project progress report daily, weekly, monthly using MS Project (preferred) /Excel.
Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
