Responsibilities & Context
Context: The company is a Japan based knit composite garment manufacturing industry. Specialized in fashionable knit Tops & Bottoms item. The agent has running operation globally.
Job responsibilities:
- Prepare all types of export documents for knit garments.
- Have working experience with different buyers.
- Verify export documents for compliance with local and international regulations, liaise with clients and perform logistical tasks.
- Collect B/L and prepare the relevant documents for endorsement from the bank on time.
- Execute all regulatory formalities of customs relating to export. All kinds of draft documents (BL & GSP/COO) submitted to the forwarder are required by the buyer.
- Coordinate with C & F, freight forwarder, & shipping line for online booking & monitoring of shipment.
- Good knowledge of office document filing and record keeping.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
