Responsibilities & Context
- Evaluate client eligibility for visas to first-world countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Schengen Countries, United Kingdom and the UAE
- Communicate with embassies, consulates, and other authorities to resolve any issues or discrepancies in visa applications.
- Advise clients on the necessary documentation and procedures.
- Provide clients with up-to-date information and guidance on visa requirements, and processing times.
- Monitor application statuses and keep clients informed throughout the process.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide support and assistance as needed.
- Solid knowledge in visa processing of Asian Countries.
