Responsibilities & Context
- Indian Royal Halal Food is a very renowned restaurant with it’s 5 amazing branches in Phnompenh city in Cambodia.
- Our company is looking for a Assistant Chef to join our team.
- Properly store and dispose of food.
- Ensure health and sanitation standards are in compliance with regulations.
- Aid culinary team in preparing dishes to recipe.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff team members,
- Aid culinary team in preparing dishes to recipe, garnishing and plating of dishes.
- Aid team in preparing dishes to recipe.
- Help cleaning and organizing in the kitchen.
- Knowledge of scheduling and food inventory.
- Prefer past experience in this position but not mandatory if you are flexible, a quick learner and a hard worker;
