• Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert inquiries into sales.

• Computer Literacy: Highly proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team remotely from Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inquiries, following up with prospective clients, and promoting our services with the aim of converting leads into sales. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand our offerings, answering their questions, and guiding them to make informed decisions about our tuition and exam services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Follow up with potential clients to provide information and answer any questions they may have regarding our tuition and exam services.

• Proactively engage with clients to explain our services, benefits, and unique selling points.

• Maintain and update customer records and interactions in our CRM system.

• Work closely with the UK-based team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
