Job Context: ’Ashiyan Lands Developments Ltd’, a sister concern of Ashiyan Group is looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic marketing and sales Sr. Executive/Assistant. Manager experienced in the Bangladeshi Real Estate/ Land Development industry. This candidate should have at least 05 years of proven experience in sales & marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement an effective sales drive that ensures the team’s monthly sales and revenue target.
- Responsible for selling land/plots.
- Identify the market opportunities for future sales.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Find Prospective Clients by door-to-door field visit.
- Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Ready to work in any situation.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
