Responsibilities & Context
Damien Foundation (DF), a Belgian International NGO, involved in the control of Tuberculosis and Leprosy in close collaboration with the Government of Bangladesh in different districts, is currently looking to fill up the following positions under the Stop TB Partnership/TB REACH funded Tuberculosis and Post Tuberculosis Lung Disease Project. The project duration will be 18 months.
Responsibility: They will prepare weekly/monthly work plans & perform accordingly, active case finding process including screening of TB presumptive and post-TB Lung disease through house-to-house visit and contact tracing, and sputum collection with quality by organizing Outreach Sputum Collection Centers (OSCC). They will also provide need-based support to supply of drugs to DOT provider, follow up and absentee visit. Moreover, they will maintain liaison with DF clinic, prepare fortnightly report of field activities of his/her area and submit it regularly to DF clinics etc. They will work in coordination with the local project office of Mymensingh and Tangail.
Location: Various Upazilas in Mymensingh and Tangail district.
