Requirements

Education

• MBA/ M.com/ Masters of relevant discipline with depth knowledge in Export Commercial of Garments & Textile Sector.

Experience

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Textile, Buying House, Sweater Industry, Washing Factory

Additional Requirements

• Age 29 to 47 years

• Minimum 10-15 years experiences in a 100% export-oriented textile/garment industry.
• Strong knowledge of Back to Back L/C, knowledge about Deemed Exports, and BTMA, BGMEA Banking for Commercial Activities.      
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.   
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and Commercial reporting. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.     
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.      
• High attention to detail and accuracy.       
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.      

Responsibilities & Context

• Scrutinize letter of credit / Export contract / Export documents.

• Candidate should have Vast knowledge of Deemed ExportsFollow up & Reporting BBL/C maturity, Proceeds Realization, BBL/C’s Payment maturity, Payment release including, Sales & purchase which is executed by BBL/C’s

• Prepare & Follow up Cash incentive Documentation, Conduct Audit & Cash incentive Claim.

• Adequate Knowledge in customer bond, Tax, VAT, C & F, BTMA, BGMEA Banking for Commercial Activities.

• Capable all kind of reporting of commercial Activities.Prepare export commercial related documentations like GSP, C/O, Bond (UP & UD), Cash Incentives etc.

• Prepared export documentation and submitted to bank.

• Prepare and submit various export commercial related reports as and when required.

• Communicate with Bank, Forwarder, C & F, and Transport.

• Handle foreign buyer / shipper/ exporter and their local offices independently.

• Manage export related bank matters independently.

• Payment follow-up with Bank / Buyer.Should be responsible for work in bank independently.

• Check all kinds of import LC terms & conditions & process for import.

• Prepare & check LC/TT/FDD/Pay order proposed in Bank.

• Payments follow up with the bank of export.

• Perform all kinds of Commercial documentation including bank related LC, BL, Subsidy.

• Liaison with the banks and financial institutions for getting favorable loan conditions.

• Co-ordinate with internal departments including Production and Store to know the requirements of the importable to ensure timely import.

• Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the top management.
