Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures.
Oversee the planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Ensure timely and effective response to equipment breakdowns and emergencies.
Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Monitor and control maintenance expenses, including spare parts inventory and procurement.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance team.
Stay updated on the latest maintenance technologies and best practices.
Ensure proper documentation of maintenance procedures and standards.
