Additional Requirements

Applicant must have a multi-disciplinary background with a minimum of 20 years of vast experience in the textile industry. Especially major areas of professional activities like project management, Research and development, Quality control, Plant maintenance, environment management, quality management, etc.
Implementation & execution of spinning projects with proper planning and optimization of parameters at all stages of spinning processes for achieving the desired results in terms of productivity & quality.
Capable of handling all the production, maintenance & quality related activities in the spinning rotor & ring projects.
Manage and control overall spinning production-related activities and continually improve quality, effective line balancing, efficiency of cotton production, etc.
Provide Training to the production technologist, staff, and Officers to develop new samples and increase bulk production.
The role is to perform preventative maintenance, repair ,overhaul and routine checking of the mechanical systems of the entire spinning machine.
To execute the management decision promptly.

Must be Skilled in MS office applications
