Develop and implement effective after-sales strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Visit the corporate house to build customer relationships to promote products and services to potential customers.
Go door-to-door, make cold calls, and email customers, design in-store displays, special events, direct mailings, and advertising campaigns.
Negotiate fees and prices with the customers.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of after-sales services.
Meet with clients to discuss services and devise new marketing ideas.
Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries related to after-sales services.
Perform extensive market research.
Visit competitors to gain an advantage.
Craft marketing messages for a targeted group of individuals.
Include persuasive ‘call-to-actions’ in advertisements and promotions.
Design and write social media posts.
Track and analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns.
Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns.
Perform data extraction and lead generation.
Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
