A data entry administrator is a professional responsible for inputting, updating, and verifying data in databases or information systems. S/he ensures data accuracy and integrity, supporting efficient data management within organizations.
Job Descriptions:
- Collecting and entering data into databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
- Entering raw data into a spreadsheet, document or database.
- Reviewing records for accuracy. Updating databases with new or revised information as necessary.
- Performing regular backups of information to ensure data preservation.
- They must have essential data entry skills such as speed typing, an eye for detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and web forms.
- Data entry operators work in a variety of industries including garments, buying house, retail, finance etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a 99% accuracy rate.
